History
Redbone Coonhound originates from Georgia, USA and was bred originally for hunting raccoons and small game. It’s origins can be dated back to the 1800’s. This dog is classified as one of the Miscellaneous Dog Group.The Redbone Coonhound was first Registered by the AKC (American Kennel Club) in 2001.
